Oosh? Urgh - more like.
A couple of us went down today for a late night dinner. Let's see:
Salmon - pathetic. Overcooked, overpriced, and a tiny serving the size of a standard handphone.
Lamb rack - average. Once again, a tiny serving of 3 very small ribs. Zucchini was a nice touch though.
Cocktails - average. Grotesque presentation, however. Very shabby. I found a chip of ice inside Yx's drink - so was it meant to be served with ice, or not?
Pasta - very, very poor presentation indeed.
Service - OMG. None to speak of! Incredibly inattentive, and we had our empty plates sitting there for half an hour before anyone bothered to clear them away.. all the time while 3-4 of them were standing in a corner chatting. Remarkably quick with the bill though, I must say. As Yx surmised, being post-call must have numbed my temper somewhat - I normally would have kicked up quite a fuss.
Definitely will not be returning again. Then again, at the rate it's going, it's probably not going to last long enough for me to return anyway.
