Had just that little kiss of real sunlight on Saturday afternoon - spent a couple of hours lying on the beach, followed by a cosy little session at Cafe Del Mar with just a few other people. The place is nice, although the devans ARE filled with sand. Eeeeks. And the half-naked DJ's kind of creepy too. The twice-a-night fireworks at the Songs of The Sea show can just be seen from the pub, which is a nice touch. Going there again this coming weekend, yay!! Just so happy to be with company these days.

My (half-hearted) diet's also out of the window this evening, we had high tea with The Bitch and Montyelm at Rendezvous. Seriously overate, so I had to skip dinner. The spread is really quite decent, although the dim sum left much to be desired. Particularly liked the chilled prawns - aren't those like quite expensive?

Monty, yeah, I checked out the Dempsey Road establishments. May go for one of them next week, I'll post it up if it's good!

Did some thinking this weekend. Time for some internal reconstruction. Time to stop whining.
