.. for now.

Had one last session in the kitchen today, I just have no idea when's the next time I can cook up a pot of something just for the heck of it. While we're on this subject, my apologies for the delay in posting up my recipe for bouillabaisse with sauce rouille - the version I made, from Provence, is simply too complicated, and I'm having trouble recalling exactly what I did. That, and the cost! Almost $100 for the raw materials for just one dish.

Made up this batch of Mini Toasts with Yx tonight, it was well-received. Most were adventurous in how the flavours blended together, with the exception of the old-time favourite, mini toasts with shrimp. Recipe has been posted up on Gastronomia!
