Very intense today, especially after I came back home. Never want to feel this way again.

Ended up doing a trial of Bloomin' Onions, although I used a really tiny onion instead of the usual huge ones. It didn't end up as pretty as it should be, however; I'll post up the full recipe as soon as I perfect it. Ugly as it is, the Half-Bloomin' Onion was quite well-received by mom and xuan!
